A DETECTOR YOU CANNOT SEE
GENEVO PRO NZ is a built-in system rather than a windscreen unit. It is made up of a control unit, a GPS antenna, a Genevo HD+ radar antenna, a slim display and a display dock, all fitted into the vehicle by us. Nothing hangs off the windscreen, there are no cables across the dash, and there is nothing on show to interest anyone looking through the glass.
REMOVABLE DISPLAY
The display lifts out of its dock in one movement, which doubles as an instant kill switch. Park the car, take the display with you, and the system is both deactivated and invisible.
TWO ANTENNAS, BETTER COVERAGE
Two radar antennas can be run from the one control unit. A second antenna can be mounted at the rear for 360° coverage and directional arrows, or mounted horizontally alongside the first to pick up MultaRadar CD/CT and GATSO RT3/RT4 signals that give other detectors trouble.
NEW ZEALAND CAMERA DATABASE
The GPS database covers New Zealand’s fixed speed camera and red light camera sites and is updated monthly. Updating is done from a USB flash drive, or we can do it for you when the car is in.
BUILT FOR MODERN WINDSCREENS
If your car has a metal coated or athermic windscreen, a portable detector fitted to the glass will lose a lot of its range. The PRO NZ puts the radar antenna where it can actually see, which is the main reason owners of late model European cars end up with an installed system.
EXCELLENT SENSITIVITY, FEW FALSE ALERTS
The HD+ antenna is sensitive enough to give you plenty of warning, and the filtering is set up so that a quiet run stays quiet. We configure the settings to suit the way you drive before the car leaves.
